Returns within 14 Days of Delivery:

  • You may return any damaged or defective item purchased from Zack Stewart Photography within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are free of charge within the specified 14-day period.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at zsphotographyak@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. You will be asked to pay the return shipping of the item, but that will be reimbursed to you upon delivery of the returned item.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage.

Returns After 14 Days:

  • Returns requested after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • We are unable to process returns for items received after the specified time frame.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
