Free Returns within 14 Days of Delivery:
- You may return any item purchased from Zack Stewart Photography within 15 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are free of charge within the specified 14-day period.
Returns Process:
- Contact our customer support team at zsphotographyak@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage.
Returns After 14 Days:
- Returns requested after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- We are unable to process returns for items received after the specified time frame.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
